We started Mr. Plunger because we saw too many neighbours getting overcharged for jobs they didn't need, by plumbers they couldn't reach when something actually broke. The model felt backwards: high-pressure sales when it's not urgent, no answer when it is.

So we built the opposite. Phone answered live, 24/7, by a real plumber. Diagnosis before the quote. Drain cleaning at a transparent hourly rate; bigger jobs (sewer line replacement, water service replacement, tankless installs) get a free written estimate with no call-out fee. Camera on every drain call so you see what we see. A workmanship warranty on every job so we're on the hook if something fails.

We're a small, local, licensed crew based in the Lower Mainland.
